Free Wills will be provided to the Member and cohabiting spouse.
There are several reasons for making a Will,
here are just a few:-
1. To nominate who you wish to look after affairs
2. To choose who will benefit from your estate
3. To ensure your wishes are clearly stated
4. To protect the position of unmarried partners
5. To look after the interests of surviving children and appoint a Guardian
6. To try and avoid potential family conflicts.
7. To detail any particular funeral instructions
8. To reduce administration costs
There will be no cost to the Member or spouse for this service. The Wills will be complete within 3 weeks of the return of the questionnaire or from initial interview.
